Trent Dailey, Marion High School Class of 1999, is the owner and CEO of both GCA Title in Marion, and Insurance Management Group (IMG), which has offices in Marion, Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, and Elwood. He is an active philanthropist and community leader who has served on the board for many local organizations.

At Marion High School, he was on the 1998 State Finalist basketball team, was All-NCC in soccer, and was a member of the Now Sound Choir. After earning his Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in Computer and Information Systems with a minor in communications, he returned to his home city to pour his time, talent, and treasure into Marion.

Dailey’s leadership at IMG has been nothing short of remarkable. He has modeled and instilled a culture that places client experience, employee well-being, and community engagement at the forefront. IMG has achieved both state and national recognition, with accolades such as being listed as Indiana Chamber of Commerce's 2023 Best Places to Work in Indiana, and the prestigious recognition of Agency of the Month by national publication Rough Notes in May 2022. In November of the same year, Big I Indiana crowned IMG as Agency of the Year, a testament to Trent's commitment to excellence.

Beyond the world of business, he has generously lent his time and expertise to numerous community boards, including the United Way of Grant County, Marion-Grant County Chamber of Commerce, Boys and Girls Club, Grant County YMCA, Grant County State Bank, College Wesleyan Church, Community Foundation, Marion High School Alumni Association, and the MHS Athletic Boosters Club.

Trent has been a catalyst for positive change with property revitalization efforts in Marion and his story is a reminder of the power of dedication and community spirit.
